ALL of our Personal Trainers are fully qualified Cert III/Cert IV trainers with many years of experience in the industry.

Punchboxfit is a high intensity CORE based workout specifically designed to challenge yourself to increase your punch tally on the Punchboxfit unit. These workouts have been designed to deliver accelerated fat-burning and hormonal benefits that enhance health and wellbeing loosing up to 500 calories in just 30 minutes. A Punchboxfit workout works more muscle tissue, keeping the calories burning for hours.

All our trainers are Punchboxfit qualified and lover using the Punchboxfit units themselves.


Bookings are required. 7 classes to choose from; morning, noon and evening classes available.

Cards are $50 for 6 sessions and a free session when purchasing a new card. (This works out to be more than half price for a session).

Beat Fit is a choreographed fitness routine to the latest beats. It’s a fun and effective mash-up of Kickboxing, Cardio, weights & everything in between all to the beat of the motivating music. Beat Fit is so addictive because it is the perfect concoction of easy-to-do workout moves, insane music & routines that are specifically designed to shape, sculpt & redefine your physique. Enjoy your night busting moves with friends!.


$10 for non-members.

Group PT - Not What You Think!


Kickstart Fitness Group PT sessions are VERY different from a normal gym fitness class and other fitness groups with too many people either struggling to see the instructor or not feeling noticed!


We keep these sessions SMALL intentionally (generally we have no more than 15 in the group), and are run by FULLY QUALIFIED 1-on-1 Personal Trainers.


By keeping our group sizes small, we can offer a 1-on-1 level of training within our groups.


We have over 30 classes to choose from during the week; more than any other fitness group in Wollongong!




Kickstart Fitness now offers Sports Massage Therapy.

  • Therapeutic massage. Also known as ‘Western’ or ‘Swedish’ massage. One of the most popular forms of massage in Australia, this technique is designed to promote relaxation and improve blood circulation. This is a gentle form of massage that uses long strokes, kneading, deep circular movements, vibration and tapping to help relax and energize you.

  • Deep massage. This massage technique uses slower, more-forceful strokes to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, commonly to help with muscle damage from injuries.

  • Sports massage. This is similar to Swedish massage, but it's geared toward people involved in sport activities to help prevent or treat injuries. It is a blend of techniques that aim to enhance performance and help overworked muscles to recover quickly.

  • Aromatherapy massage. Essential oils made from selected flowers and plants are added to the massage oil for their particular therapeutic properties. For example, the scent of sandalwood is thought to reduce nervous tension.
